Maths Pathway is a transformative learning and teaching model, for teachers who want to instigate a real change in the way they teach maths. The team at Maths Pathway approached Jen & Ben Design to redesign their existing website to better reflect who they are, ensure teachers know what they do, and ultimately connect interested teachers with the sales team. Much more than a fresh lick of paint, the new website needed to be a whole new renovation.
Designing something new
Like many of our clients, Maths Pathway had outgrown their existing website. Pages had become walls of text, with the website suffering from a vagueness and general lack of usability. Working closely with Maths Pathway’s communications team, we rethought how they present their business, striving for a more simplified and targeted experience. With illustrations and updated branding from Volcanic Design, we created highly bespoke responsive website, with a custom-built design system that was flexible, usable and beautiful.

The bespoke design of the website doesn’t just include the front-end; the administration area is also designed for its users. WordPress blocks are used to allow for flexible page building, and are combined with a high level of control for administrators over all the website’s content. Pardot forms are integrated closely to the overall user experience, ensuring the website doesn’t lose interested users. Everything is then measured with HotJar, Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
The platform that has been built is already being expanded upon. The Media Library houses some of their fantastic educational resources, and their annual report will soon be online. More and more will be added in the future, as the website grows and adjusts to their changing business requirements.
The overall result
The website has been transformed into a potent sales tool, putting their best foot forward and making sure the user is looked after. Its high level of design polish is unique amongst the education sector, and the website will continue to grow with and succeed with Maths Pathway.
